Et333 Terms & Conditions — Complete Betting Platform Terms

These Terms & Conditions ET333 and serves as a binding agreement between ET333 and its members. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted all of these terms and conditions. It is therefore strongly recommended that you read them carefully from the start.

ET333 operates an online Sports Betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. We are licensed by an international gaming authority and operate in compliance with applicable local regulations. ET333's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only.

These Terms & Conditions apply equally to ET333's website, mobile app, and all digital platforms. By using any ET333 service, these terms apply to you automatically.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an et333 account. et333 reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered with false or misleading details. The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, both accounts may be suspended and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited. Members are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential — allowing a third party to access your account is considered a breach of these terms.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure.
• Never share your password — no ET333 staff member will ever ask for it.
• Only one account may be registered per phone number.
• Once registration is complete, you must finish ET333's verification process (KYC).

ET333's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from using ET333. Anyone who registers with a false age will have their account permanently closed, and any funds held in that account will not be refunded.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport. Withdrawal limits will apply until verification is complete. et333 may request additional documents at any time — this is done to protect members.

The odds displayed when placing a bet on ET333 are final — they cannot be changed after a bet is confirmed. In live betting, odds can shift at any moment, so always confirm the odds before placing your bet.

If a match is cancelled after a pre-match bet has been placed, the full stake will be refunded. However, if the match has progressed beyond a certain point — generally 45 minutes for football or a specified number of overs for cricket — the result will be considered valid.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50
• The maximum stake per bet varies depending on the market.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (Arbing) is prohibited.
• If a bet fails to register during live betting due to a connectivity issue, that bet will be voided.
• In the event of a disputed match result, ET333's decision is final.
• In an accumulator bet, if one match is cancelled, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.00.

Deposits and withdrawals on ET333 are subject to specific rules. Members in Bangladesh are supported by multiple mobile banking options, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

At least one prior deposit must be on record before a withdrawal can be made, and withdrawals must be made through the same method used to deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go to bKash. If you need to withdraw via a different method, a separate request must be submitted.

ET333 reserves the right to verify transactions before processing withdrawals. If a transaction appears suspicious or in breach of the terms, ET333 may place the withdrawal on hold pending investigation.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawal requests submitted after 11:00 PM will be processed the following day.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted on the same day, though verification may take longer.

ET333's bonus system is designed to provide additional value to members. However, each bonus comes with its own terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being cancelled.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and must be claimed on your first deposit — it cannot be requested later if missed. Withdrawing while the bonus is still active will forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it; only your original deposit amount will be returned.

• A promo code or bonus activation must be applied at the time of deposit, before claiming a bonus.
• Only bets count toward wagering requirements — certain casino games contribute at a lower rate.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming a bonus.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
• Referral Bonus: The person you refer must make a deposit themselves before the bonus is credited.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the ET333 platform. These restrictions exist to protect all members and the platform as a whole. Anyone found in violation will have their account suspended immediately.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment details.
• Placing bets with the intent to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to ET333's systems.
• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Creating fake referrals for the purpose of earning commission.

A member may request closure of their ET333 account at any time. Upon request, ET333 will deactivate the account within 3 business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded. Bonus balance, however, will not be returned.

ET333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If it is confirmed that you registered using false information.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• If the account must be suspended to comply with a court order or government directive.
• Extended inactivity (12+ months).

If an account has been inactive for more than 12 months, et333 may deduct a ৳50 inactivity fee per month. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

In short: ET333 does not sell member data to third parties. Information may only be shared with authorised partners as required by law or for platform operations. All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Et333 believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. To encourage responsible play, et333 provides members with a range of tools to help them stay in control.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap.
• Betting Limit: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break for 7 or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for 6 months or longer for an extended break.
• Reality Check: Enable timed notifications to track your sessions.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, contact et333 Customer Support first. Most cases are resolved within 24–48 hours. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days of filing a complaint, you may escalate the matter further.

In any dispute over betting results, ET333's technical records shall serve as the definitive proof. Data recorded in the system is considered authoritative — screenshots submitted by members may be accepted as supporting evidence but are not conclusive.

ET333 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Registered members will be notified via email or SMS before any changes take effect. Continued use of ET333 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, at least 7 days' advance notice will be provided. Minor updates — such as spelling corrections or the addition of new payment methods — may be made without prior notice.
